At MomiBaby, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.

30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return policy from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Eligible Items for Return

  • Unopened and unused products in original packaging
  • Items with all tags and labels attached
  • Products that are not damaged or altered

Non-Returnable Items

  • Opened or used products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Items without original packaging or tags
  • Sale or clearance items (unless defective)

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service team at support@momibaby.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Provide your order number and reason for return
  3. Receive return authorization and shipping instructions
  4. Ship the item back using a trackable shipping method

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, color, or product, please contact us at support@momibaby.com. We'll be happy to assist you with an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@momibaby.com with photos of the item. We'll arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
